magicph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct KYC verification for all Accounts. KYC verification may be required prior to first withdrawal, upon reaching specified deposit or wagering thresholds, or at any time at magicph's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Driver's License, Passport, or UMID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by magicph will result in Account restriction until verification is completed.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password or OTP codes with any third party. magicph will never ask for your password or OTP via live chat, email, or phone. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified magicph of unauthorised access promptly after becoming aware of it.
All deposits to the magicph Platform are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, any balance within the Wallet may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, balances will be returned to the Player promptly.
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting magicph customer support. Upon voluntary closure where no breach is involved, any remaining Wallet balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within standard processing timeframes.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, magicph's total liability to any Player arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their magicph Wallet in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the magicph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through magicph's customer support team via live chat or email. magicph will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days. magicph's decision on any dispute shall be final unless the Player escalates the matter to PAGCOR's Dispute Resolution process, which Player may access in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines to adjudicate such dispute.
magicph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, magicph will provide reasonable notice via the Platform (e.g., a notice banner on the site) or by direct communication to your registered mobile number or email address where applicable. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the magicph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 10.
